Akta Perjanjian Kredit dan Perjanjian Jaminan Nomor 45
(Perjanjian Kredit) dengan PT Bank Panin Tbk, yang dibuat
dihadapan Notaris Insinyur Antonius Wahono Prawirodirdjo.
Nilai Fasilitas Kredit :

Tingkat Suku Bunga :
12% per tahun
Jangka Waktu Fasilitas Kredit :
5 (lima) tahun sejak tanggal penandatanganan perjanjian
kredit.
Tujuan Fasilitas Kredit:
Untuk melunasi seluruh hutang entitas anak Perseroan, PT
Mega Abadi Jayatama, sebesar Rp. 148.000.000.000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perjanjian Kredit tidak memberikan dampak negatif kinerja
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan dan
