menerima surat permohonan pengunduran diri dari
Ibu Yuliana dari jabatannya selaku Direktur
Perseroan, yang akan berlaku efektif sejak tanggal 15
Mei 2025.
Perseroan akan menindaklanjuti permohonan
pengunduran diri tersebut sesuai dengan anggaran
dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundang-
undangan yang berlaku, sebagaimana relevan.
Summary of Material Information or Facts On April, 23rd ,2025, the Company has received a
resignation letter from Yuliana from her position as
Director of the Company, which will be effective as of
15 May 2025.
The Company will process the pertaining resignation
request in accordance with the Company’s articles of
association and prevailing laws and regulations, as
relevant.
