Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 22 April 2025 - EcoSecurities Group Limited
(EcoSecurities) bersama PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), anak
usaha PT NFC Indonesia Tbk, MCASH Group, bekerja sama
secara strategis dalam Program Indonesia Sustainable Ride
melalui kegiatan Sustainable Electric Motorbike Ride, sebuah
inisiatif ambisius untuk mengurangi emisi karbon melalui
distribusi ratusan ribu sepeda motor listrik Volta di seluruh
Indonesia selama lima tahun ke depan (2025 - 2030).
Inisiatif ini merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan Program of
Activity (PoA) dan Voluntary Project Activity (VPA) yang
dikembangkan oleh kedua belah pihak untuk didaftarkan pada
standar registri karbon internasional, dengan tujuan utama
mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca dari kendaraan berbahan
bakar minyak serta meningkatkan kualitas udara di wilayah
operasional program.
Selama hampir 30 tahun, EcoSecurities telah memanfaatkan
pembiayaan iklim dan karbon untuk mendorong dekarbonisasi
global. Kegiatan PoA dan VPA akan mendorong penggunaan
kendaraan rendah emisi sehingga akan mengurangi polusi
udara ambien yang dihasilkan oleh penggunaan setiap unit
kendaraan, ujar Gina Lisdiani, Asia Pacific Commercial
Manager dari EcoSecurities, saat memperkenalkan inisiatif ini.
Melalui program VPA, kendaraan listrik yang didistribusikan
akan digunakan untuk keperluan komersial dan diperkirakan
akan menghasilkan pengurangan emisi lebih dari 130.000 ton
CO2 selama periode implementasi lima tahun pertama.
PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), melalui motor listrik Volta dan
sistem infrastruktur SGB, bertujuan untuk menyediakan solusi
alternatif bagi sepeda motor berbahan bakar bensin (ICE).
Kami percaya bahwa transisi menuju solusi energi bersih akan
memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi ekosistem kami dan
juga dampak langsung dalam pengurangan emisi karbon, jelas

Dalam program Indonesia Sustainable Ride, EcoSecurities
akan menyediakan keahlian teknis dan pendekatan
menyeluruh terkait kredit karbon. Pemahaman mereka yang

kendaraan listrik serta solusi alternatif akan turut berkontribusi
dalam pencapaian target iklim nasional Indonesia.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 22 April 2025, EcoSecurities Group Limited
Facts (EcoSecurities) and PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), a subsidiary
of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk, MCASH Group, are strategically
collaborating on the Indonesia Sustainable Ride program
through the Sustainable Electric Motorbike Ride activity, an
ambitious initiative to reduce carbon emissions through the
distribution of several hundred thousand Volta electric
motorcycles across Indonesia over the next five years (2025-
2030).
This initiative is part of the implementation of the Program of
Activity (PoA) and Voluntary Project Activity (VPA) developed
by both parties intended to be registered at an international
carbon registry standard, with the primary goal of reducing
greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuel-powered vehicles
and improving air quality in the programs operational areas.
For nearly 30 years, EcoSecurities has utilized climate and
carbon finance to drive global decarbonization. The PoA and
VPA activities will encourage the use of low emission vehicles,
which will reduce ambient air pollution generated by the use of
each vehicle unit, said Gina Lisdiani, Asia Pacific Commercial
Manager from EcoSecurities, when introducing the initiative.
Through the VPA program, the electric vehicles distributed will
be used for commercial purposes and are expected to result in
a reduction of more than 130,000 tons of CO2 during the first
five years implementation period.
PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), through Voltas electric
motorcycles and SGB infrastructure system, is aiming to
provide alternative solutions to the traditional ICE motorbikes.
We believe the transition to clean energy solutions will be a
significant benefit to our ecosystem and have the direct impact
on reducing carbon emissions, explained Okie Octavia
Kurniawan, CEO of Energi Selalu Baru & Volta Group.
In the Indonesia Sustainable Ride program, EcoSecurities will
provide their technical expertise and comprehensive outreach
on carbon credits. Their strong understanding of the economic
and environmental benefits of electric vehicles and alternative
solutions will help contribute to achieving Indonesias national
climate targets.
Through this collaboration, EcoSecurities and ESB hope to
foster the growth of a sustainable electric vehicle ecosystem
and deliver a positive impact on the environment and the
people of Indonesia as a whole.
