Perseroan di PT Moon Lion Industries Indonesia sebesar
11,88% kepada para pembeli sebagai berikut:
a. Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd sebanyak 2.276.523
saham; dan
b. Bapak Ir. Mintarto Halim sebanyak 100.000 saham.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan akan mengakui penjualan investasi sebagai berikut:
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan a. Pembayaran dari Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd sebesar
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Rp. 66.019.167.000; dan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau b. Pembayaran dari Bapak Ir. Mintarto Halim sebesar
Perusahaan Publik Rp. 2.900.000.000.

Description of Material Information or On April 22, 2025, the Company has signed a Deed of Sale
Facts and Purchase of Shares for the sale of all of the Company's
shares in PT Moon Lion Industries Indonesia amounting to
11.88% to the following buyers:
a. Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd. for 2,276,523 shares; and
b. Mr. Ir. Mintarto Halim for 100,000 shares.
Impact of event, material information or The Company will recognize the sale of investment as follows:
facts towards Issuers or Public a. Payment from Chun Yu Works & Co., Ltd in the
Company’s operational activities, legal, amount of Rp. 66,019,167,000; and
financial condition, or going concern b. Payment from Mr. Mintarto Halim in the amount of
Rp. 2,900,000,000.
