(“EPI”), a subsidiary whose entire shares are
directly owned by the Company.

3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Dalam Amandemen I ini, EPI sebagai Peminjam
Material / Description of Material bermaksud menambah plafon pinjaman
Information or Facts maksimum dari Perseroan sebagai Pemberi
Pinjaman sebesar USD2.500.000 (dua juta lima
ratus Dolar Amerika Serikat) dengan total plafon
pinjaman maksimum sebesar USD19.500.000
(sembilan belas juta lima ratus Dolar Amerika
Serikat), untuk membiayai pengeluaran
operasional Peminjam, memperpanjang jangka
waktu Perjanjian hingga tanggal 31 Desember
2028 serta memperpanjang angsuran
pembayaran pinjaman. Tidak ada syarat dan
ketentuan lain yang diubah selain yang
disebutkan di atas. /
In this Amendment I, EPI as the Borrower wishes
to obtain an increase of the maximum loan limit in
the amount of USD2,500,000 (two million five
hundred United States Dollar) with a total
maximum loan limit amounted to USD 19,500,000
(nineteen million five hundred United States
Dollar) to finance EPI’s operational expenditures,
extending the term of the Agreement until 31
December 2028 as well as the installments of loan
facility. Except as mentioned above, all other
terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
