Pertanyaan 6:

Rencana pengendali dan/atau
pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.
Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate
Secretary menanyakan terlebih dahulu
kepada pengendali dan/atau pemegang
saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui
rencana pemegang saham pengendali
dan/atau pemegang saham utama terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di
Perseroan. Perseroan juga telah
menanyakan kepada pemegang saham
mayoritas, dan pemegang saham
mayoritas telah memberikan konfirmasi
tidak ada rencana transaksi tertentu dalam
waktu dekat.

Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan
aktivitas transaksi dan harga saham
Perseroan yang terjadi pada periode 9 April
2025 semuanya adalah murni mekanisme
pasar dimana salah satunya adalah
peningkatan harga komoditas emas dan
diluar kendali manajemen Perseroan.

controlling shareholder, and it has
confirmed that there are no specific

In conclusion, the increase in transaction
activities and the Company's shares price
which occurred on period af 9 April 2025 were
mainly due to market mechanisms in which
one of them is the increasing of gold price
commodity and beyond the control of the
Company's management.
