Nilai Jaminan Perusahaan yang diberikan adalah untuk menjamin
sebagian fasilitas yang diterima Fast Offshore Supply Pte Ltd tersebut.
Pemberian Jaminan Perusahaan oleh Perseroan ini diberikan dalam
rangka pembiayaan pembangunan 5 kapal-kapal unit Crew Transfer
Vessels (CTV) aluminium yang dimenangkan Fast Offshore Supply Pte
Ltd pada tender tahun 2025. Lima unit ini akan dimiliki oleh Fast
Offshore Supply Pte Ltd dan disewakan untuk periode awal selama 5
tahun dengan opsi untuk perpanjangan.
Transaksi ini tidak mengandung benturan kepentingan dan semua
informasi material telah diungkapkan dalam laporan ini, serta
informasi tersebut tidak menyesatkan.
This transaction constitutes a requirement for the provision of a credit
facility by Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam Berhad to Fast Offshore
Supply Pte Ltd.
The value of the Corporate Guarantee provided is intended to secure a
portion of the facility received by Fast Offshore Supply Pte Ltd.
The provision of this Corporate Guarantee by the Company is executed
in connection with the financing for the construction of 5 aluminum
Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) units, which Fast Offshore Supply Pte Ltd

was awarded through a tender in 2025. These five units will be owned
by Fast Offshore Supply Pte Ltd and leased for an initial period of 5
years with an option for extension.
This transaction does not involve any conflict of interest and all
material information has been disclosed in this report, and such
information is not misleading.
