Jakarta, 21 April 2025 – The journey of Indonesian women has undergone a remarkable transformation since the era of Kartini. Today, within the demanding
energy industry, that spirit lives on through the resilient women of PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa). They are not only symbols of empowerment but also key drivers
in ensuring operational continuity, technological innovation, and high occupational safety standards across all lines of the company’s business.

Mutia Yusri Ristanti, a Well Integrity Engineer at PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU)—a subsidiary of Elnusa—is a true embodiment of Elnusa’s Kartini spirit. In her
role, she ensures the safety and sustainability of oil and gas operations by maintaining well integrity. “Kartini’s spirit is reflected in every step I take as a
female engineer. I am living proof that women can be trusted and make significant contributions in the field of engineering, which has long been dominated
by men,” Mutia stated.

Similarly, Andini Maheswari, who serves as a Project Engineer at Elnusa, plays an integral role in advancing strategic energy projects. “Women are the
bearers of civilization. A modern Kartini is unafraid to be strong and lead. As a Project Engineer, I strive to synergize and collaborate in executing projects
that support national energy resilience,” she explained.

In the area of occupational safety, Inri Devanny Pinatik, an HSSE Officer from PT Elnusa Petrofin (EPN) at the TLPG Amurang facility—one of Elnusa’s
subsidiaries providing energy distribution and logistics services—works to uphold safety standards in the field. “Today’s Kartini must believe in her ability to
achieve dreams, by becoming a vital part of ensuring stable and sustainable energy availability,” Inri conveyed.

Elnusa’s Director of Human Capital & General Affairs, Hera Handayani, remarked, “We believe that Elnusa’s progress is inseparable from the significant roles
