Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa entitas anak Perseroan,
yaitu CKBD, telah melakukan penerbitan saham baru
sebanyak 105.650 saham dengan jumlah nilai nominal
Rp1.000.000 per saham atau seluruhnya sebesar
Rp105.650.000.000,-, yang seluruhnya telah diambil bagian
dan disetor oleh Para Pemegang Saham CKBD.
Sebelum peningkatan modal tersebut, modal disetor CKBD
tercatat sebesar Rp100.000.000,-, di mana Perseroan memiliki
penyertaan modal sebesar Rp99.000.000,- atau setara
dengan 99,00% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
Setelah penerbitan saham baru tersebut, modal disetor CKBD
meningkat menjadi Rp105.750.000.000,-, dengan kepemilikan
modal Perseroan menjadi sebesar Rp104.692.000.000,- atau
setara 99,00% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor
dalam CKBD.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Peningkatan modal ini tidak memberikan dampak material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Transaksi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau tersebut dilakukan untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja
Perusahaan Publik usaha Perseroan serta pengembangan kegiatan usaha di
masa mendatang, tanpa mengakibatkan perubahan
pengendalian maupun struktur kepemilikan Perseroan.

Type of Material Information or Facts Increase of Capital in the Subsidiary, PT Citra Kirana Bisnis

Description of Material Information or The Company hereby informs that its subsidiary, CKBD, has
Facts issued 105,650 new shares with a par value of IDR1,000,000
per share, or a total of IDR105,650,000,000 of which have
been subscribed and fully paid up by the Shareholders of
CKBD.
Prior to such capital increase, CKBDs issued and paid-up
capital amounted to Rp100,000,000, of which the Company
held Rp99,000,000, representing 99.00% of the total issued
and paid-up capital. Following the issuance of the new shares,
CKBDs issued and paid-up capital increased to
Rp105,750,000,000, with the Companys shareholding
increasing to Rp104,692,000,000, representing 99.00% of the
total issued and paid-up capital in CKBD.
Impact of event, material information or This capital increase does not have a material impact on the
facts towards Issuers or Public Company operational activities, legal aspects, financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, or business continuity. The transaction is carried out
financial condition, or going concern to support the improvement of the Company business
performance as well as the development of its business
activities in the future, without resulting in any change in the
Companys control or ownership structure.
