No. 9/POJK.04/2018 tentang Pengambilalihan
Perusahaan Terbuka ("POJK 9/2018”). Untuk
memenuhi ketentuan Pasal 4 ayat (4) POJK
9/2018, bersama ini kami menyampaikan bukti
pengumuman negosiasi tersebut, yang telah
dipublikasikan dalam surat kabar berperedaran
nasional Investor Daily pada tanggal 17 April 2025

to in Article 4 paragraph (1) of the Financial
Services Authority Regulation No.
9/POJK.04/2018 concerning the Takeover of
Public Companies ("POJK 9/2018"). To comply
with the provisions of Article 4 parograph (4)
POJK 9/2018, we hereby submit the proof of the
publication, which has been published on a
national newspaper Investor Daily on April 17,
2025 as attached.
