                           ESSA Declares Fourth Dividend in a Row;
                    Doubles Dividend as ESSA Effectively Becomes Debt-free

         Jakarta, 16 April 2025 – PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk. (“ESSA”), a publicly listed company
         engaged in the Energy and Chemical sectors through its LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) refinery and
         Ammonia plant, today declared the distribution of dividends consistent with the Company’s
         commitment to delivering shareholder value through financial stability and sustainability. The
         shareholders of ESSA today approved a dividend of Rp 10 per share amounting to Rp 172.26 billion –
         doubling the payout vis a vis last year. This was on the back of substantial deleveraging and ESSA
         holding USD 63 million cash, net of debt.

         Kanishk Laroya – President Director of ESSA said “Our dividend distribution reiterates our
         commitment to delivering long-term value to our shareholders. Combining improved margins with our
         significant deleveraging has enabled us to share higher returns with the shareholders in the form of
         higher dividends for 2024. While we remain dedicated to delivering stable and efficient operations, we
         are also embarking on a growth plan in line with ESSA’s endeavor to be a leader in the transition towards
         sustainability. We continue to dedicate significant efforts towards transforming our existing ammonia
         plant into a low carbon plant, with ~1 million TPA CO2 being sequestered starting in Q4 2028. In
         addition, we recently announced our new Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project through our subsidiary
         PT ESSA SAF Makmur (“ESM”). ESM shall set up a state-of-the-art greenfield manufacturing facility in
         Central Java to produce up to ±200,000 MT per annum of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) with
         commercial operations expected in Q1 2028”.
