Hereby, we would like to notify Shareholders of PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, (hereinafter shall be referred to as “The
Company”), that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereinafter referred to as the "AGM") for the
Financial Year 2024 which initially scheduled to be held in Jakarta on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 is postponed and will
be convened at a later date. In connection with the postponement of the AGM, the Notification of the Meeting
that has been posted on the website of Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia, the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange
and the Company's website on Friday, April 11, 2025 is no longer valid. Thus, we convey this cancellation
announcement to be understandable.
