  Chandra Asri Group and EGCO Group Inject Additional
  Capital to Chandra Asri Group’s Infrastructure Business

Jakarta, April 15, 2025 - PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group),
Southeast Asia’s leading provider of energy, chemical, and infrastructure solutions,
together with Electricity Generating Public Company Limited (EGCO Group),
Thailand’s leading power and energy-related holding company, has jointly injected
additional capital into PT Chandra Daya Investasi (CDI), a special purpose vehicle
dedicated to the Chandra Asri Group’s infrastructure business. The total capital
injection amounts to USD 185 million, with Chandra Asri Group contributing USD 90
million and EGCO Group contributing USD 95 million.

Chandra Asri Group will retain a majority stake in CDI, maintaining leadership over the
strategic direction of its infrastructure business. The additional investment from EGCO
Group will further strengthen the partnership and support the growth of CDI’s
infrastructure assets, which include energy, water, port & storage, and logistics.

The resources generated will be directed towards the continued development of CDI’s
infrastructure business, enabling expansion into key sectors that are crucial to
Indonesia and Southeast Asia’s economic growth. This increased investment
highlights EGCO Group’s confidence in the strong track record, long-term potential of
CDI and underscores its commitment to sustainable infrastructure solutions in the
region.
