RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM INDEPENDEN

Dengan ini Direksi PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (“Perseroan”) mengumumkan kepada Para
Pemegang Saham Perseroan bahwa Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Independen (“RUPS
Independen”) (selanjutnya RUPS Independen disebut “Rapat”) Perseroan yang rencananya akan
dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 21 April 2025 berdasarkan Pengumuman dan Keterbukaan Informasi
dan perubahan atas Keterbukaan Informasi kepada OJK terkait agenda Rapat masing-masing pada
tanggal 12 Maret 2025 dan 17 Maret 2025 melalui situs web BEI dan situs web Perseroan, serta
Pemanggilan Rapat pada tanggal 27 Maret 2025, DIBATALKAN.
Terkait dengan pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan dan Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa tidak mengalami perubahan, tetap berjalan seperti yang dijadwalkan pada
tanggal 21 April 2025.
Demikian pengumuman ini kami sampaikan kepada Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan.

CANCELLATION ANNOUNCEMENT
INDEPENDENT GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT SAWIT SUMBERMAS SARANA TBK
The Board of Directors of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (the “Company”) hereby announces to the
Company’s shareholders that the Independent General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Independent
GMS”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Meeting”), which was originally scheduled to be held on
Monday, 21 April 2025, based on the Announcement and Disclosure of Information and the
amendment to the Disclosure of Information to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regarding the
Meeting agenda dated 12 March 2025 and 17 March 2025, respectively, as published on the websites
of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Company, as well as the Invitation of the Meeting dated
27 March 2025, is CANCELLED.
In relation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders, please be informed that there are no changes to the schedule. Both meetings will
proceed as planned on 21 April 2025.
Thus, this announcement is hereby conveyed to the Shareholders of the Company.
