Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PKPK melesat dari Rugi berbalik menjadi Laba
PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK) yang sebelumnya
mengalami Kerugian Konsolidasian pada tahun 2023 sebesar
Rp6,1 miliar, berhasil membalikkan keadaan pada tahun 2024
dengan mencatatkan Laba Konsolidasian yang signifikan
sebesar Rp15,9 miliar atau terdapat kenaikan sebesar 360%
dan memperoleh kenaikan Pendapatan Usaha Konsolidasian
sebesar Rp 187,0 miliar atau sebesar 323,53% dari tahun
2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sejak PKPK memperluas jangkauan usahanya melalui akuisisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan anak usaha yang bergerak di sektor pertambangan, PKPK
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, mampu mengoptimalkan potensi pasar dan meningkatkan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau efisiensi operasional secara keseluruhan.

experienced a Consolidated Loss in 2023 of IDR 6.1 billion,
managed to turn things around in 2024 by recording a
significant Consolidated Profit of IDR 15.9 billion or an
increase of 360% and obtaining an increase in Consolidated
Operating Revenue of IDR 187.0 billion or 323.53% from 2023.
