Berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten dan Perusahaan Terbuka, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) dalam jangka waktu paling lama 90 hari kalender setelah diterimanya surat pengunduran diri./ On April 9, 2025, the Company received a letter of resignation from Mr. Surya Hadiwinata as the Company's Director. Based on the - Company's Articles of Association and POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers and Public Companies, the Company will hold a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) within a maximum period of 90 calendar days after receiving the resignation letter.
