31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa
penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian PT Quantum
Clovera Investama Tbk dan Entitas Anaknya yang berakhir
pada 31 Desember 2024 akan mengalami keterlambatan
karena proses finalisasi Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
Perusahaan dan Entitas Anaknya masih belum selesai
mengingat begitu banyaknya Entitas Anak. Laporan Keuangan
konsolidasian tersebut akan kami sampaikan dalam
kesempatan pertama sesegera mungkin.

Facts 31/POJK.04/2015 dated 16 December 2015 concerning
Information Disclosure, we hereby convey that the submission
of the Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Quantum
Clovera Investama Tbk and its Subsidiaries ending 31
December 2024 will experience delays due to the finalisation
process of the Consolidated Financial Statements of the
Company and its Subsidiaries is still not complete given the
number of Subsidiaries. We will submit the consolidated
financial statements at the first opportunity as soon as
possible.
