      Update on “Non Group Financing” initiatives as of June 2026

Individual Financing (IF)
                                                     ▪ Individual Financing (IF) product continued for limited implementation to serve the segment in Tier 2 and Tier 3 through TUR graduate selection model for
                                                        ETB and using a soft collateral business model for NTB.
                                                     ▪ In 2Q 2026, total outstanding of IF Rp 59.7 billion with total of 4.368 customers and repayment rate 97.2%. The scaling up of the IF NTB model to 60
                                                        location across Indonesia, will be fully executed this July 2026.


Funding – Wealth Management
                                                     ▪ The Bank sees an opportunity to increase fee-based income while offering Sharia-compliant investment solutions to meet customers’ needs for asset preservation,
                                                        diversification, and spiritual objectives.
                                                     ▪ The offering consists of three core products:
                                                        1. Sharia Bonds (Sukuk) (selling primary sukuk for ST15, SR024 and ST16 (total AUM: Rp 16.9 bn). On progress on regulatory approval for secondary market license.
                                                        2. Bancassurance: In collaboration with Allianz Syariah - Launch product Guardia Rencana Syariah (total AUM: Rp 1,5 bn).
                                                        3. Cash Waqf Linked Deposit - Launch CWLD 1,2,3,4,5 ,6 (total AUM: Rp 3.7 bn)

                                                          financing to Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
                                                       ▪ These counterparties are assessed to have relatively low risk due to regulatory supervision and the Bank’s focus on NBFI customers within the Parent Bank’s
                                                          existing network with short tenor financing (below 12 months).
                                                       ▪ As of June 2026: Counterparties include Pegadaian, CIMB Niaga Auto Finance, Sarana Multi Infrastruktur & Sarana Multigriya Financial.

  Corporate Action - EGMS

INFORMATION DISCLOSURE FOR SHARE BUYBACK PLAN OF PT BANK BTPN SYARIAH
PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (“BTPN Syariah”) plans to conduct a share buyback, subject to approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
(EGMS) scheduled for 13 October 2026. The share buyback will be conducted in accordance with POJK No. 29/2023 and applicable regulations.



 Key Highlights:
 •    Up to IDR 1.0 trillion - Maximum allocation for the share buyback, including related costs.
 •    Up to 10% of Shares - Maximum amount permitted under applicable regulations.
 •    12-Month Execution Period - Planned execution from 14 October 2026, subject to EGMS approval.
 •    Supporting Shareholder Value - Designed to enhance share liquidity and enable the share price to
      better reflect the Company’s fundamentals.
 •    Strong Financial Capacity - Funded entirely from the Company’s equity, with sufficient retained
      earnings, cash flow and capital to support both the buyback and ongoing business activities.
