Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Direksi Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan kepada para
Pemegang Saham Perseroan mengenai Rencana Go Private
dan Delisting Perseroan. Sesuai kebijakan yang berlaku,
Perusahaan Terbuka yang ingin melakukan Rencana Go
Private dan Delisting perlu memenuhi kewajiban yang
tercantum dalam POJK 45/2024.
Pelaksanaan Rencana Go Private dan Delisting ini harus
terlebih dahulu memperoleh persetujuan dari Pemegang
Saham Independen dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Luar Biasa (RUPSLB Independen) yang akan dilaksanakan
berdasarkan aturan mengenai kuorum dan tata cara
pengambilan keputusan sebagaimana diuraikan dalam
Keterbukaan Informasi ini.

Changing the Company's Status from a Public Company to a
Type of Material Information or Facts Closed Company (Including Delisting the Company's Shares
from the Indonesia Stock Exchange)
Description of Material Information or The Board of Directors of the Company hereby notifies the
Facts Shareholders of the Company regarding the Company's Go
Private and Delisting Plan. In accordance with the prevailing
policy, Public Listed Companies that wish to conduct a Go
Private and Delisting Plan need to fulfill the obligations stated
in POJK 45/2024.
The implementation of the Go Private and Delisting Plan must
first obtain approval from the Independent Shareholders at the
Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (Independent
EGMS) which will be held based on the rules regarding
quorum and decision-making procedures as described in this
Disclosure of Information.
