Status kepemilikan saham Langsung CJ Tidak langsung Catatan: Saham atas nama Bapak Rahul Nalin Rathod dengan total jumlah 6.000.000 saham atau sebesar 0,04Ys sebagaimana disampaikan di atas, tidak tercermin pada Laporan Kepemilikan Saham Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Perseroan yang dikeluarkan oleh PT Datindo Entrycom per tanggal 31 Maret 2025. Sampai dengan tanggal 31 Maret 2025, saham atas nama Bapak Rahul Nalin Rathod ditempatkan pada account atas nama Bank Julius Baer and Co Ltd Singapore, dimana didalamnya juga terdapat saham atas nama Borneo Logistics Services Pte Ltd dengan total jumlah 1.744.000.000 saham atau sebesar 11,02Y4. Berdasarkan hal-hal yang kami sampaikan diatas, total jumlah saham Bank Julius Baer and Co Ltd Singapore pada Perseroan adalah sebesar 1.750.000.000 atau sebesar 11,06Y4, terdiri dari: 1. Borneo Logistics Services Pte Ltd dengan total jumlah 1.744.000.000 saham atau sebesar 11,026, dan 2.
