Uraian Informasi Bapak Erik Angkasa Darma selaku Direktur telah menyelesaikan masa bakti di Perseroan sebagai bagian dari rotasi Direksi. Sebagai formalitas atas selesainya masa bakti tersebut, maka Beliau mengajukan pengunduran diri kepada Perseroan. Pengunduran diri tersebut telah diajukan dan disetujui oleh Dewan Komisaris Perseroan pada tanggal 09 April 2025. Pengunduran diri tersebut akan efektif pada saat disetujui oleh pemegang saham melalui Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham terdekat. Selanjutnya, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan untuk meminta persetujuan dari pemegang saham atas permohonan pengunduran diri Bapak Erik Angkasa Darma. Dampak kejadian, informasi, atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Berakhirnya masa bakti dan program rotasi Bapak Erik Angkasa Darma tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
