PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (“MDKA”) pada tanggal 25 Juni
2026 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur MDKADRCQ6B sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur MDKADRCQ6B sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen
Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

MDKADRCQ6B
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (“MDKA”) dated 25 June 2026,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant MDKADRCQ6B as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant MDKADRCQ6B pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
