Jakarta, April 8, 2025 – PT MPX LOGISTICS INTERNATIONAL Tbk (“MPX Logistics”, “MPXL” or “the
Company”) has released its financial statements for the period ended December 31, 2024.
MPX Logistics International (IDX: MPXL), a company engaged in the transportation and trading of
materials for construction and infrastructure, has announced strong financial performance for the fiscal
year 2024. In its financial report, the company shows significant growth in several key areas of its
business, reflecting its commitment to supporting national infrastructure development in line with the
Indonesia Emas 2045 Vision.
Wijaya Candera, President Director of the Company, stated:
“As a transportation and trading company focused on Bulk Cement, GGBFS, Lime, Sand, Crushed Stone,
and Coal Waste materials, we have secured several new contracts that contributed to our revenue
growth in 2024. These include the IKN (new capital city) development project and the transportation
of coal waste from PLTU power plants. In addition to these major contracts, our subsidiary PT MPX
Indorental Gemilang, which operates in the heavy equipment rental sector for construction, has
contributed to our revenue through its involvement in the material stockpile project in East Kalimantan’s
IKN and the andesite stone mining project in Palu, Central Sulawesi.”
In 2024, we recorded stable performance growth with a 43.1% YoY increase in revenue, primarily
driven by the addition of 30 new truck units to our fleet, which significantly enhanced our operational
capacity. EBITDA also saw substantial growth, reaching IDR 35,181 million, up 78.2% YoY. Net profit
after tax for 2024 reached IDR 12,436 million, representing a 31.9% increase compared to the previous
year. This achievement highlights MPXL’s strong improvement in profitability and its ability to effectively
utilize its fleet.
Looking ahead, we aim to boost company revenue through participation in several government projects,
including the Giant Sea Wall in Java, the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road, and the Probolinggo–Banyuwangi
Toll Road. In 2025, the Company will also seek to diversify its revenue streams through its subsidiary
PT MPX Maritim Nusantara, which focuses on domestic sea freight services for both specialized and
general cargo.
With this impressive financial performance, MPXL is increasingly confident in its commitment to
becoming a leading player in Indonesia’s infrastructure material transportation and trading industry.
Supported by the public and government’s ongoing push for national infrastructure development, the
Company stands on a strong foundation for future growth and success.

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
Consolidated net revenue increased by 43.1% YoY to IDR 200,680 million in 2024,
primarily driven by:
An increase in revenue of IDR 60,421.4 million, attributed to the performance of the transportation
services segment, which grew by 68.7% YoY, and the material trading segment transported using the
Company’s fleet, which grew by 21.4% YoY.
Consolidated expenses before finance costs and taxes increased by 40.8% YoY, reaching
IDR 176,899 million in 2024, compared to IDR 125,652 million in 2023.
This increase in expenses was mainly due to the higher volume of transportation activities and material
purchases related to newly secured projects by the Company during the year.
Finance costs increased by 219.5% YoY to IDR 7,531 million in 2024 from IDR 2,357
million in 2023.
This significant increase was due to the realization of new truck fleet acquisitions in July and
November 2024, which were financed through credit facilities from financial institutions.

EBITDA grew by 78.2% YoY to IDR 35,182 million in 2024, compared to IDR 19,746
million in 2023.
The rise in EBITDA was primarily driven by the increase in revenue of IDR 60,421.4 million and
efficiency in vehicle operating costs, as reflected in the improvement of the EBITDA margin to 17.5%,
up from 14.1% in the previous year.
Net Profit After Tax and Net Profit Attributable to Owners of the Parent Entity
Consolidated net profit after tax increased to IDR 12,436 million in 2024 from IDR 9,431 million in
2023, reflecting a 31.9% YoY growth.
This increase was driven by relatively controlled general and administrative expenses, despite the
increase in finance costs.
Total Assets and Total Liabilities
In 2024, total assets reached IDR 211,284 million, up from IDR 155,111 million in 2023.
The increase was mainly due to the addition of new truck units and the purchase of land for a pool and
workshop in Gunung Putri, West Java.
Total liabilities in 2024 amounted to IDR 111,920 million, compared to IDR 65,628 million in 2023.
This increase was primarily due to collateral provided for new investment credit facilities and fleet
financing obtained by the Company.
