juta) lembar saham Perseroan

Harga Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham:
- Harga penawaran untuk membeli kembali saham harus lebih
rendah atau sama dengan harga transaksi yang terjadi
sebelumnya, sebagaimana tertuang dalam pasal 11. b POJK
No. 29/2023
Nilai Transaksi:
- Perseroan akan menggunakan dana internal untuk
Pembelian Kembali Saham Perseroan sebanyak-banyaknya
Rp50.000.000.000,- (lima puluh miliar Rupiah) tidak termasuk
biaya transaksinya
Perusahaan Efek yang Ditunjuk untuk melakukan Pembelian
Kembali Saham Perseroan melalui Bursa Efek:

Jangka waktu pelaksanaan pembelian kembali saham :
- 10 April 2025 sampai dengan 21 April 2025
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan berkeyakinan bahwa pelaksanaan transaksi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pembelian kembali saham Perseroan tidak akan memberikan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak negatif yang material terhadap kegiatan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan, mengingat Perseroan memiliki modal kerja yang

Facts - A maximum of 250,000,000 (two hundred and fifty million)
shares of the Company
Mechanism for Buying Back Shares of the Company:
- The buyback of the Company's shares is carried out through
the Stock Exchange
Implementation Price for Buying Back Shares:
- The offer price to buy back shares must be lower or equal to
the previous transaction price, as stated in Article 11. b POJK

Transaction Value:
- The Company will use internal funds for the Buyback of the
Company's Shares of a maximum of IDR50,000,000,000 (fifty
billion Rupiah) excluding transaction costs

Period for the implementation of the buyback of shares:
- April 10, 2025 to April 21, 2025

Company’s operational activities, legal, negative impact on the Company's business activities,
financial condition, or going concern considering that the Company has sufficient working capital to
finance the transaction in conjunction with the Company's
