Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih
dari 20 Persen pada Aset dalam Laporan Keuangan Audited
PT Manggung Polahraya Tbk (Perseroan) per 31 Desember
2024 dan 31 Desember 2023.
Jumlah Aset mengalami kenaikan sebesar 89,74 Persen dari
Rp 101.445.723.754 pada 31 Desember 2023 menjadi Rp
192.486.259.364 pada 31 Desember 2024. Hal ini utamanya
disebabkan karena adanya peningkatan Piutang Usaha dari
Rp 17.570.217.881 pada 31 Desember 2023 menjadi Rp
59.999.276.945 pada 31 Desember 2024. Selain itu terjadi
peningkatan Uang Muka Proyek sebesar Rp 71.107.130.000
pada 31 Desember 2024 dibandingkan Rp 0 pada 31
Desember 2023 yang berasal dari realisasi penggunaan dana
bersih yang didapatkan dari proses IPO sebesar Rp
73.390.381.748. Adapun selisih dari seluruh dana bersih IPO
dikurangi peningkatan Uang Muka Proyek yang berjumlah Rp
2.283.251.748 telah digunakan untuk membiayai proyek
Perseroan pada tahun 2024.

Facts
We hereby submit an explanation of the changes of more than
20 Percent in Assets in the Audited Financial Statements of PT
Manggung Polahraya Tbk (Company) as of December 31,
2024 and December 31, 2023.
The total Assets increased by 89.74 Percent from
Rp101,445,723,754 on December 31, 2023 to
Rp192,486,259,364 on December 31, 2024. This was mainly
due to an increase in Accounts Receivables from
Rp17,570,217,881 on December 31, 2023 to Rp
59,999,276,945 on December 31, 2024. In addition, there was
an increase in Project Down Payment of Rp 71,107,130,000
on December 31, 2024 compared to Rp 0 on December 31,
2023 which came from the realization of the use of net funds
obtained from the IPO process of Rp 73,390,381,748. The
difference from the entire IPO net funds minus the increase in
Project Down Payment amounting to Rp 2,283,251,748 has
been used to finance the Company's projects in 2024.
