Facts Buyback Information Disclosure for 2025 on March 25, 2025,
where the Share Buyback was originally one of the agendas of
the AGMS to be held on April 30, 2025. However, due to
various considerations, the Company decided to remove the
agenda related to the Share Buyback from the approval of the
AGMS on April 30, 2025.
