January 15, 2024
DIVA Group participated in socializing with the public in using environmentally friendly electric
motor vehicles at the Rakornis Event of the Indonesian Motor Association (IMI) held in
Jakarta.
January 24, 2024
DIVA Group has also partnered with the IBL Kesatria Bengawan Solo team in Solo to launch
the "Dolan" application, which makes it easier for basketball fans to purchase game tickets.
This app allows for direct ticket reservations through a cashless payment system, enabling
fans to make payments easily via their smartphones. Once the payment is successful, the
customer will receive a transaction receipt and an electronic ticket sent to their email,
complete with a barcode for event access.

DIVA Group collaborates with Taman Anggrek Mall by presenting the “Parkour” application.
This application can help the public in making parking payment transactions using Electronic
Money Cards located at Taman Anggrek Mall and Condonium.

motors to the public, at the Mandiri Finance Event held at the Mandiri Finance Tower in
Jakarta.

DIVA Group conducted socialization and education to the public in the use of electric
motors, which are environmentally friendly held at the BCA Expo Jakarta Event.

DIVA Group collaborates with Bank Mandiri in providing Self Service Vending Machine (VM)
payments and top-up electronic money cards. To facilitate the public in visiting tourist
attractions at the location of Taman Safari Indonesia, Bogor, West Java.

May 14–15, 2024
DIVA Group attended the RAKORNAS ARKI III 2024 (Indonesian Family Recreation
Association), a National Coordination Meeting entitled “Competition Through
Collaboration”, at this event DIVA Group continued to support and collaborate with
business people, especially in the tourism industry to continue to support its business
activities.
May 24–26, 2024
DIVA Group collaborates with Bank BNI as a top-up service provider using EDC machines at
the Java Jazz Festival 2024, held at JIEXPO Kemayoran from May 24–26, 2024. This
collaboration aims to meet visitors' needs for topping up TapCash electronic money cards
for all cashless payment activities within the venue. These activities include transactions at
various tenants, ranging from F&B brands and official merchandise to parking payments
that require non-cash payments. Ensuring the availability of sufficient visitor balances is
essential for event promoters, and this is where DIVA Group plays a key role as a provider
of TapCash electronic money card top-up services.

or drinks, to make payment transactions through one application, namely Kasir
Padu, which is located at Rasa Padu Restaurant, MRT Dukuh Atas, Central Jakarta.

Shower and Locker facilities including Gambir Station, Pasar Senen Station,
Jatinegara Station, Tugu Yogyakarta Station and Surabaya Gubeng Station.

Application and parking system for several places to assist the people of
Samarinda in making parking payment transactions using Electronic Money Cards.
August 19, 2024
DIVA Group hosted a clean energy awareness event by introducing a trial of eco-
friendly electric motorcycles in collaboration with PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara
(PLN). This event was also part of the celebration of the 79th Independence Day of
the Republic of Indonesia, made even more festive with various traditional August
17th competitions. As a gesture of appreciation, DIVA Group awarded a Volta 401
Electric Motorcycle as the grand prize during the PLN Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
event. This initiative reaffirms the DIVA Group's commitment to supporting
sustainable innovation and accelerating the adoption of clean energy in Indonesia.
