Academy (ICA) berkedudukan di Jakarta Selatan dengan
modal dasar sebesar 440.000. (empat ratus empat puluh ribu)
saham atau setara dengan Rp44.000.000.000,- (empat puluh
empat miliar Rupiah) serta modal ditempatkan dan disetor
sebesar 110.000 (seratus sepuluh ribu) saham atau setara
dengan Rp11.000.000.000,- (sebelas miliar Rupiah).
Nilai penyertaan modal dan presentase kepemilikan Perseroan
pada ICA adalah sebesar 108.900 (seratus delapan ribu
sembilan ratus) saham atau setara dengan
Rp10.890.000.000,- (sepuluh miliar delapan ratus sembilan
puluh juta Rupiah) atau sebesar 99% (sembilan puluh
sembilan persen) dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor.
