Merujuk pada Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor I.A.3 mengenai Kewajiban Pelaporan Emiten
pasal 9, melalui surat ini kami menyatakan kesiapan dana pembayaran untuk pelunasan pokok Obligasi
Berkelanjutan II Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Tahap IV Tahun 2020 Seri C sebesar Rp240.000.000.000,00
(dua ratus empat puluh miliar Rupiah), yang akan jatuh tempo pada 21 Juli 2025.
With reference to Indonesia Stock Exchange regulation No. I.A.3 regarding Issuer Reporting
Obligation Article 9, we hereby to declare our readiness for principal settlement of Tranche IV Shelf
Registration Bond II Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Year 2020 Series C amounted Rp240,000,000,000 (two
hundred forty billion Rupiah), which will mature on July 21, 2025.
