Jawa Tengah
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada hari Minggu, tanggal 6 April 2025 Pukul 10.40 WIB telah
terjadi kebakaran yang dimulai dari atap bangunan area
produksi Perseroan di Kaliwungu, Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Api
dapat cepat dipadamkan dalam waktu singkat pada pukul
11.05 WIB oleh internal regu pemadan kebakaran.
Sementara ini kegiatan produksi dihentikan untuk
membersihkan dampak kebakaran dan kegiatan pemadaman
api. Mesin produksi dan mesin pendukung (auxiliary machine)
tidak terpengaruh atas kebakaran ini.
Saat ini Perseroan masih menghitung jumlah kerugian yang
ditimbulkan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak Ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or On Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 10.40 WIB, a fire started on the
Facts roof of the Company's production area building in Kaliwungu,
Kendal, Central Java. The fire was quickly extinguished at
11.05 WIB by the internal fire brigade.
Production activities have been temporarily stopped to clean
up the impact of the fire and extinguish the fire. Production
machines and auxiliary machines were not affected by the fire.
The Company is currently still calculating the amount of losses
incurred.
