Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“BMRI”) pada tanggal 27 Maret
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan hasil RUPS pada
tanggal 25 Maret 2025, BMRI menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen Tunai untuk periode tahun
buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

BMRIDRCX6A, BMRIDRCQ5A AND BMRIDRCX5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (“BMRI”) dated 27th March 2025
regarding a Corporate Action, based on the Tahunan General Meeting held on 25th March 2025, BMRI
has announced a plan to distribute dividends for the financial year 2024, which will be paid as follows:

Kindly be noted that the adjustment will not be made if the formula as mentioned above results in
adjustment that are less than 2% of the changed Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio.
