PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa ACESDRCJ5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08 April
2025 dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai (per ACESDRCJ5A) (jika
jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 505 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham ACES di
Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that ACESDRCJ5A is exercised on April 8th, 2025 (“Expiry Date”) and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per ACESDRCJ5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 505 being the closing price of ACES Shares on Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

= Number of Structured Warrant (Settlement Price – Exercise Price)
