PENGUMUMAN
Dengan senang hati kami umumkan bahwa UNTRDRCJ5A telah dapat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 08 April
2025 ("Tanggal Pelaksanaan") dan pemegang waran terstruktur berhak atas Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai
(per UNTRDRCJ5A) (jika jumlah tersebut lebih besar dari nol).
Harga Penyelesaian telah ditentukan pada IDR 23.090 sebagai rata-rata harga penutupan Saham UNTR
di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk lima (5) hari bursa sebelum Tanggal Pelaksanaan.

Pembayaran Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai akan dilakukan pada Hari Bursa ke-3 (tiga) sejak Tanggal
Pelaksanaan atau jangka waktu lainnya sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh otoritas terkait, KSEI akan
melakukan pendistribusian dana yang telah diterima dari KPEI ke pemegang rekening KSEI. Selanjutnya,
pemegang rekening KSEI akan mendistribusikan Jumlah Penyelesaian Tunai kepada masing-masing
investor.

ANNOUNCEMENT
We are pleased to announce that UNTRDRCJ5A is exercised on April 8th, 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the
structured warrant holders shall be entitled to the Cash Settlement Amount (per UNTRDRCJ5A) (if the said
amount is greater than zero).
The Settlement Price has been determined at IDR 23.090 being the closing price of UNTR Shares on
Indonesia Stock Exchange for the five (5) bursa days prior to the Expiry Date.

Payment of the Cash Settlement Amount shall be made on the 3rd (third) bursa day from the Expiry Date
or other period as determined by the relevant authorities, KSEI will distribute the funds received from KPEI
to the holder of KSEI account. Subsequently, the holder of KSEI account will distribute the Cash Settlement
Amount to the investor respectively.
