Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada Laporan Keuangan Tahunan terdapat peningkatan
Aktiva Perseroan lebih dari 20% atas Laporan Keuangan per
31 Desember 2024 yang telah diaudit dengan Laporan
Keuangan 31 Desember 2023 yang telah diaudit, dengan
rincian sebagai berikut :
- Nilai total aset Perseroan :
Per 31 Desember 2023 : Rp1.721 miliar
Per 31 Desember 2024 : Rp2.186 miliar
Total Aktiva Perseroan secara keseluruhan mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 27%.
- Peningkatan aset ini dikontribusi oleh penurunan aset
lancar sebesar 0,8% dan peningkatan aset tidak lancar
sebesar 35,1%.
- Kenaikan aset tidak lancar dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan
piutang pajak sebesar 21,9%, kenaikan aset tetap sebesar
41,1%, dan penurunan aset tidak lancar sebesar 46,7%.
- Kenaikan aset tetap berkaitan dengan hasil revaluasi aset
tetap dan investasi untuk pelaksanaan proyek baru,
sedangkan penurunan aset tidak lancar terjadi pada aset hak
guna, aset tak berwujud, aset pajak tangguhan, dan uang
muka perolehan aset tetap.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta - Peningkatan aset tetap atas investasi proyek baru tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak material terhadap peningkatan kewajiban
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan. Sumber pendanaan investasi berasal dari
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau pinjaman bank.
Perusahaan Publik - Investasi pada proyek baru diproyeksikan memberikan
kontribusi positif pada kinerja finansial Perseroan.

More than 20% changes in Company's Assets
Type of Material Information or Facts
Description of Material Information or There is an increase in the Company's Assets by more than
Facts 20% in the audited Financial Statement as of December 31,
2024, compared to the audited Financial Statement as of
December 31, 2023, with the following details:
- Total assets value of the Company:
As of December 31, 2023: IDR 1,721 billion
As of December 31, 2024: IDR 2,186 billion
Therefore, the total assets of the Company increased by 27%.
- This increase in assets was driven by a 0.8% decrease in
current assets and a 35.1% increase in non-current assets.
- The increase in non-current assets was influenced by a
21.9% rise in tax receivables, a 41.1% increase in fixed
assets, and a 46.7% decrease in other non-current assets.
- The increase in fixed assets is related to the revaluation of
fixed assets and investments for new projects, while the
decrease in non-current assets occurred in right-of-use assets,
intangible assets, deferred tax assets, and advances for the
acquisition of fixed assets.
Impact of event, material information or - The increase in fixed assets due to investments in new
facts towards Issuers or Public projects did not have a material impact on the Company's
Company’s operational activities, legal, liabilities. The funding source for the investment came from
financial condition, or going concern bank loans.
- Investments in new projects are projected to positively
contribute to the Company's financial performance.
