Perusahaan Publik serta berdasarkan Peraturan Bursa Efek
Indonesia Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi, dimana berdasarkan pemberitahuan dari Bursa Efek
Indonesia melalui email pada tanggal 19 Maret 2025 bahwa
kewajiban penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan Tahunan
untuk periode yang berakhir 31 Desember 2024 jatuh pada
tanggal 8 April 2025, Perseroan ingin menyampaikan bahwa
dalam tenggat waktu tersebut PT Sepatu Bata Tbk dan entitas
anaknya belum dapat menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan
Auditan Tahunan untuk periode yang berakhir 31 Desember
2024. Hal ini dikarenakan masih dalam proses sehingga akan
Perseroan sampaikan secepatnya.

Facts 14/POJK.04/2022 dated August 18, 2022 concerning
Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public
Companies and based on Indonesia Stock Exchange
Regulation Number I-E concerning Obligations to Submit
Information, where based on notification from the Indonesia
Stock Exchange via email on March 19, 2025 that the
obligation to submit the Annual Audited Financial Report for
the period ending December 31, 2024 falls on April 8, 2025,
the Company would like to convey that within the deadline, PT
Sepatu Bata Tbk and its subsidiaries have not been able to
submit the Annual Audited Financial Report for the period
ending December 31, 2024. This is because it is still in process
so the Company will submit it as soon as possible.
