Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material I.SUSPENSI SAHAM PERSEROAN:
Sehubungan dengan keterbukaan informasi mengenai
perkembangan realisasi rencana pemulihan sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Bursa Nomor I N tentang Pembatalan
Pencatatan (Delisting) dan Pencatatan Kembali (Relisting)
(Peraturan I N) dan sehubungan dengan telah dilakukannya
Suspensi Efek atas saham, maka kami PT Bakrie Telecom
Tbk (Perseroan) menyampaikan perkembangan realisasi
rencana pemulihan sebagai berikut:
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan terus memperbaiki kinerja,dengan ini kami
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah memperbaiki kinerja
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Laporan Keuangan dimana sejak Tahun Buku 2019 sampai
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dengan tahun buku 2024 telah mendapat Opini Wajar Dengan
Perusahaan Publik Pengecualian. Saat ini Perseroan sedang melakukan proses
Audit Laporan Keuangan Tahun buku 2025 yang
diproyeksikan selesai pada bulan Juli 2026.
II. KEWAJIBAN PEMBAYARAN DENDA
Berdasarkan perhitungan kami yang merujuk pada
dokumendokumen
pemberitahuan tagihan atas denda-denda yang disampaikan
