dari modal disetor selama periode tanggal 1
April 2026 sampai dengan 30 Juni 2026. Dana
tersebut tidak termasuk biaya perantara
pedagang efek dan biaya lain yang berkaitan
dengan Pembelian Kembali Saham.
Sampai dengan tanggal Keterbukaan
Informasi ini, Perseroan telah membeli kembali
saham sebanyak 35.539.100 (tiga puluh lima
juta lima ratus tiga puluh sembilan ribu seratus)
lembar saham dengan nilai
Rp860.349.610.051 (delapan ratus enam
puluh miliar tiga ratus empat puluh sembilan
juta enam ratus sepuluh ribu lima puluh satu
Rupiah).
Berdasarkan total pembelian kembali saham
tersebut, sisa dana pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan adalah sebesar
Rp1.139.650.389.949 (satu triliun seratus tiga
puluh sembilan miliar enam ratus lima puluh
juta tiga ratus delapan puluh sembilan ribu
sembilan ratus empat puluh sembilan Rupiah).
Sesuai pertimbangan dari manajemen
Perseroan, Perseroan memutuskan untuk
menghentikan pelaksanaan Pembelian
Kembali Saham terhitung sejak tanggal 30 Juni
2026.
With reference to the Company’s Information
Disclosure regarding the Plan for Share
Buyback under Significantly Fluctuating Market
Conditions dated 31 March 2026, it was
disclosed that the Company would conduct a
share buyback with a maximum amount of
Rp2,000,000,000,000 (two trillion Rupiah),
which shall not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of
the paid-up capital, during the period from 1
April 2026 to 30 June 2026. Such funds
exclude brokerage fees and other costs related
to share buyback.
Until the date of this Disclosure Information, the
Company repurchased a total of 35,539,100
(thirty-five million five hundred thirty-nine
thousand one hundred) shares with an
aggregate value of Rp860,349,610,051 (eight
hundred sixty billion three hundred fourty-nine
million six hundred ten thousand fifty-one
Rupiah).
Based on the total share buyback, the
remaining share buyback funds of the
Company is Rp1,139,650,389,949 (one trillion

Considering the Company’s management’s
assessment, the Company has decided to
terminate the implementation of the share
buyback, effective on 30 June 2026.
