Referring to the Decree of the Directors of PT
Bursa Efek Indonesia No.Kep-00066/BE1/09-
2022 dated 30 September 2022 concerning
Amendments to Regulation Number IE
concerning Obligations to Submit Information,
especially provisions 1II.3.6 concerning the
Annual Public Expose obligation, then together
with this letter the Company submits the
material Public Expose which is carried out
Simultaneously with the submission of the
Companys Annual Audited Financial Report
(2024), so that in accordance with the
provisions referred to, the Company is
Geemed to have fulfilled its obligations to carry
out the Annual Public Expose.
