Dengan Hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 1 Oktober 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi khususnya butir I11.1.1.4, Bersama ini kami sampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan lebih dari 2096 (dua puluh persen) pada pos Total Aset pada Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Auditan per 31 Desember 2024 dibandingkan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan Auditan per 31 Desember 2023 sebagai berikut - Total Aset mengalami penurunan sebesar 21Yo per tanggal 31 Desember 2024 dibandingkan pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. - Penurunan kas dan setara kas, sejalan dengan menurun nya pendapatan, sehingga menyebabkan penerimaan kas yang lebih kecil. Kas dan setara kas digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan beban operasional Perusahaan yang terus berjalan selama tahun 2024. - Penurunan piutang lain-lain dari pihak berelasi dikarenakan terdapat pembayaran dari pihak berelasi dan pembayaran yang diterima dipergunakan untuk kegiatan operasional Perusahaan. - Penurunan piutang usaha yang dikarenakan oleh menurun nya pendapatan selama tahun 2024. - Penurunan biaya dibayar dimuka dikarenakan layanan yang diberikan oleh vendor telah diterima oleh Perusahaan terutama dalam hal jasa advertising, marketing dan outsourcing. Dear Sir/Madam, In order to comply with the decision of the Board of Directors of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated October I, 2022 concening Amendments to Regulation Number I-E concening Obligations to Submit Information, especially point IM. 1.1.4, we hereby provide an explanation of changes of more than 2046 (twenty percent) in the Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities post in the financial statement as the annual audited financial statement as of December 31, 2024 compared to the annual audited financial statement as of December 31, 2023 as follow : - Total Assets as of December 31, 2024 decreased 2146 compared to December 31, 2023. - Decreasing in cash and cash eguivalents, are inline with the decreasing of revenue which resulting in lower collection of cash. Cash and cash eguivalents were used to cover the operational expenses throughout 2024. - Decreasing of other receivables — related parties is due to payments received from related parties and the payments received were used for the Company's operational activities. - Decreasing of trade receivables are inline with the decreasing of sales in 2024. - Decreasing in prepayments were due to services rendered of services for advertising, marketing and outsourcing. (FOLK - Penurunan Persediaan dikarenakan - pencadangan penurunan nilai atas persediaan yang terdapat indikasi bahwa sebagian dari inventori berpotensi menjadi slow moving atau berpotensi tidak terjual di masa mendatang mengingat terjadinya perubahan trend di pasar, perubahan pendekatan strategi pemasaran dan perubahan strategi Perseroan. The decrease in inventory is due to the provision for impairment on inventory, as there are indications a portion of the inventory may become siow-moving or potentially unsellable in the future. This is driven by changes in market trends, adjustments in marketing strategy, and shifts in the Company 's overall strategic.
