Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan rencana strategis Perseroan untuk
mengembangkan fasilitas produksi dan pengolahan kelapa,
yang merupakan bagian dari ekspansi usaha perseroan, maka
dengan ini kami menyampaikan informasi sebagai berikut:
Perseroan sedang mendekati tahap akhir dalam proses uji
tuntas (due diligence) yang mendalam dan komprehensif
terhadap beberapa lokasi potensial untuk pendirian fasilitas
produksi dan pengolahan kelapa. Proses uji tuntas ini
dilaksanakan dengan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi, dengan
mempertimbangkan serangkaian kriteria yang esensial, antara
lain:
Aksesibilitas infrastruktur jalan raya yang memadai untuk
mendukung kegiatan logistik.
Kondisi geografis dan topografi lahan yang sesuai dengan
kebutuhan operasional pabrik.
Ketersediaan sumber daya air dan infrastruktur listrik yang
memadai.
Potensi ketersediaan tenaga kerja yang kompeten dan
berkualitas.
Aspek keamanan dan stabilitas lingkungan operasional.
Berdasarkan hasil uji tuntas tersebut, perseroan telah
mengidentifikasi 3-5 lokasi yang memenuhi kriteria tersebut
dan saat ini sedang dalam proses koordinasi lebih lanjut
dengan pihak-pihak berwenang terkait guna memastikan
pemenuhan seluruh aspek legal dan administratif.
Perseroan mengucapkan terima kasih atas kolaborasi dan
dukungan dari pemilik lahan serta otoritas terkait. Dalam
konsultasi strategis, diusulkan integrasi penanaman produk
pertanian khusus skala kecil bernilai tinggi, yang mencakup
komoditas konsumsi dan non-konsumsi, guna diversifikasi
portofolio agrikultur dan optimalisasi nilai lahan, sejalan
dengan visi Perseroan untuk menciptakan nilai tambah
berkelanjutan melalui evaluasi peluang yang cermat dan
kepatuhan regulasi.
Informasi lebih lanjut mengenai pemilihan lokasi akhir akan
disampaikan kepada publik setelah seluruh proses koordinasi
dengan pihak-pihak berwenang selesai dilaksanakan, dengan
mengedepankan prinsip objektivitas dan kesesuaian dengan
tujuan strategis perseroan.
Pengembangan fasilitas pengolahan kelapa ini diharapkan
dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja perseroan
dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi para pemegang saham.

Description of Material Information or Regarding the Company's strategic plan to develop coconut
Facts production and processing facilities, which forms part of the
Company's business expansion, we hereby provide the
following information:
The Company is approaching the final stage of a thorough and
comprehensive due diligence process concerning several
potential locations for the establishment of coconut production
and processing facilities. This due diligence process has been
conducted with a high degree of precision, taking into account
a series of essential criteria, including:
Adequate road infrastructure accessibility to support logistical
operations.
Geographical and topographical land conditions suitable for
factory operational requirements.
Availability of sufficient water resources and electrical
infrastructure.
Potential availability of competent and qualified labour.
Operational environment security and stability aspects.
Based on the due diligence results, the Company has
identified 3-5 locations that meet these criteria and is currently
in the process of further coordination with relevant authorities
to ensure compliance with all legal and administrative aspects.
The Company expresses its gratitude for the collaboration and
support from landowners and relevant authorities. During
strategic consultations, an integration of high-value, small-
scale specialty agricultural products, encompassing both
consumable and non-consumable commodities, was
proposed, to diversify the agricultural portfolio and optimise
land value, aligning with the Company's vision to generate
sustainable added value through meticulous opportunity
evaluation and regulatory compliance.
Further information regarding the final location selection will be
disclosed to the public upon completion of all coordination
processes with the relevant authorities, prioritising objectivity
and alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.
The development of these coconut processing facilities is
expected to positively impact the Company's performance and
generate added value for shareholders.
