b. Mengakselerasi kinerja Terokairos sebagai agensi pemasaran
influencer melalui penguatan layanan konsultasi serta eksekusi
kampanye pemasaran digital yang lebih efektif / Accelerating
Terokairos's performance as an influencer marketing agency by
strengthening consulting services and executing more effective digital
marketing campaigns;
c. Terus mengembangkan aktifitas bisnis Ekonomi Hijau, salah satunya
TOSS sesuai dengan kapasitas Perseroan / Continuing to develop
Green Economy business activities such as TOSS in line with the
Company's capacity.

2 Pembayaran cicilan pokok ke - Pembayaran kepada Bank Mandiri tetap dilakukan secara rutin bulanan -
Bank Mandiri / Payment of berdasarkan kemampuan keuangan Perseroan. Sampai dengan bulan Mei
principal installments to Bank 2026, realisasi pembayaran kepada Bank Mandiri tercatat sebesar
Mandiri Rp3.900.000.000 / Payments to Bank Mandiri continue to be made on a
regular monthly basis in accordance with the Company's financial capacity.
As of May 2026, payments made to Bank Mandiri totaled Rp3,900,000,000.
3 Dukungan dari pihak Bank - Perseroan tetap menjalin komunikasi yang baik dan rutin memberikan -
Mandiri / Support from Bank update kepada Bank Mandiri. / The Company continues to maintain good
Mandiri communication and regularly provide updates to Bank Mandiri.
4 Pertimbangan membuka suspend - Yang dilakukan oleh Perseroan adalah: / The Company has implemented -
