Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan saat ini sedang melakukan penjajakan terhadap
beberapa alternatif penyelesaian kewajiban Perseroan,
termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada opsi restrukturisasi,
pengalihan/cessie kewajiban, kerja sama dengan calon
investor strategis, dan/atau aksi korporasi lainnya, dengan
tujuan memperbaiki struktur keuangan dan mendukung
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Langkah tersebut merupakan bagian dari upaya manajemen
untuk memperbaiki posisi keuangan, memperkuat struktur
permodalan, dan mendukung kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional Perseroan sampai
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dengan saat ini belum bersifat langsung dan kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional Perseroan tetap berjalan dengan memperhatikan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kondisi keuangan Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik
Dari sisi hukum dan keuangan, Perseroan masih melakukan
penjajakan dan evaluasi atas beberapa alternatif penyelesaian
kewajiban, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada
restrukturisasi, pengalihan/cessie kewajiban, kerja sama
dengan calon investor strategis, penyertaan modal, dan/atau
aksi korporasi lainnya.
Rencana tersebut, apabila terealisasi, diharapkan dapat
memberikan dampak positif terhadap perbaikan struktur
keuangan Perseroan dan menjadi bagian dari upaya
Perseroan untuk mendukung kelangsungan usaha. Namun
demikian, sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini,
belum terdapat perjanjian definitif maupun komitmen mengikat
dari pihak mana pun, sehingga belum terdapat kepastian atas
terlaksananya rencana tersebut maupun dampaknya terhadap
penyelesaian kewajiban, kondisi keuangan, atau
kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
