Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Permohonan Pencatatan Saham yang berasal dari
Penambahan Modal Tanpa Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih
Dahulu ("PMTHMETD") sebanyak 66.674.000 (enam puluh
enam juta enam ratus tujuh puluh empat ribu) saham biasa
atas nama dengan nilai nominal Rp50,- (lima puluh Rupiah)
dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp427,- (empat ratus dua puluh
tujuh Rupiah) senilai Rp28.469.798.000,- (dua puluh delapan
miliar empat ratus enam puluh sembilan juta tujuh ratus
sembilan puluh delapan ribu Rupiah) yang telah dilaksanakan
seluruhnya oleh PT PIMSF Pulogadung.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Maka jumlah seluruh saham Perseroan yang akan dicatatkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan di BEI seluruhnya akan menjadi 733.415.103 (tujuh ratus tiga
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, puluh tiga juta empat ratus lima belas ribu seratus tiga) saham
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau biasa dengan nilai nominal Rp50,- (lima puluh Rupiah).

Facts (PMTHMETD) comprising 66,674,000 (sixty-six million six
hundred seventy-four thousand) registered common shares
with a nominal value of Rp50 (fifty Rupiah) at an execution
price of Rp427 (four hundred twenty seven Rupiah) amounting
to a total value of Rp28,469,798,000 (twenty eight billion four
hundred sixty-nine million seven hundred ninety-eight
thousand Rupiah) which has been fully executed by PT PIMSF
