Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU)
Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan telah menerima permohonan Penundaan
Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) yang diajukan oleh
Sanremo Ventures Inc. selaku Pemohon PKPU kepada
Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat,
yang terdaftar dengan Nomor Perkara 191/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2026/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. Sidang pertama atas
permohonan PKPU tersebut telah diselenggarakan pada
tanggal 25 Juni 2026 dengan agenda pemeriksaan legal
standing para pihak. Persidangan selanjutnya dijadwalkan
pada tanggal 9 Juli 2026 dengan agenda pemeriksaan
lanjutan atas legal standing para pihak. Sampai dengan
tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini, permohonan PKPU
dimaksud masih dalam proses pemeriksaan dan belum
terdapat putusan dari Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan
Negeri Jakarta Pusat.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan tanggal keterbukaan informasi ini,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU dimaksud tidak memberikan dampak
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, material terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. Perseroan tetap
Perusahaan Publik menjalankan kegiatan usahanya sebagaimana biasa.
Perseroan akan mengikuti seluruh proses hukum yang berlaku
dan menyampaikan keterbukaan informasi lebih lanjut sesuai
dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang
berlaku apabila terdapat perkembangan yang bersifat material
atas perkara tersebut.

Description of Material Information or The Company has received a Petition for Suspension of Debt
Facts Payment Obligations (PKPU) filed by Sanremo Ventures Inc.
as the PKPU Petitioner before the Commercial Court at the
Central Jakarta District Court, registered under Case Number
191/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2026/PN Niaga Jkt.Pst. The first hearing
on the PKPU Petition was held on 25 June 2026, with the
agenda of examining the legal standing of the parties. The
next hearing is scheduled for 9 July 2026, with the agenda of a
continued examination of the legal standing of the parties. As
of the date of this information disclosure, the PKPU petition
remains under examination, and no decision has yet been
rendered by the Commercial Court at the Central Jakarta
District Court.
Impact of event, material information or As of the date of this information disclosure, the PKPU petition
facts towards Issuers or Public has no material impact on the operational activities, financial
Company’s operational activities, legal, condition, or business continuity of the Company. The
financial condition, or going concern Company continues to conduct its business activities as usual.
