Implementation of the Recovery Plan for Conditions Causing

Description of Material Information or Pursuant to the Indonesia Stock Exchange Letter No.
Facts S00977/BEI.PLP/01-2025 dated 31 January 2025 regarding
the Suspension Sanction on Securities due to Non-
Compliance with the Free Float Requirement, and in order to
comply with Provisions III.5.2.1 and III.5.2.3, the Company
hereby informs that, as of the date of this Information
Disclosure, it has not yet been able to complete the fulfillment
of its sell-down obligation, which is expected to simultaneously
support the improvement of the Company's business, as the
process is complex in light of the current market conditions.
The Company, together with its major shareholder, is currently
evaluating various methods and other efforts in light of the
current market conditions, and aims to determine and provide
a concrete plan for compliance with the Free Float
Requirement.
