(the “Company”) Dear Sir, With reference to the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Decree (“BEI”) No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 (“Rule No.I-E”) concerning Obligations to Submit Information, especially to the article 11.3.6 concerning the annual Public Expose obligation, we hereby submit the annual Public Expose material in the same day with the submission of the Company's Audited Consolidated Financial Statements as of December 31, 2024. In terms of the fulfilment of provision 11l.3.6 Rule No.I-E, the Company's does not hold an Annual Public Expose event in virtual or in-person, including to not submit the annual public expose result.
