pada tanggal 9 April 2026 dan Pemegang
Saham telah menyetujui perubahan
Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
tentang Maksud dan Tujuan Serta Kegiatan
Usaha.

Perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut telah
dinyatakan dalam akta Pernyataan
Keputusan Rapat PT Avia Avian Tbk
No. I tanggal 4 Mei 2026 yang dibuat oleh
Dr. Susanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di
Kota Surabaya, sebagaimana ditegaskan
kembali dalam akta Pernyataan Keputusan
Rapat PT Avia Avian Tbk No. 25

tanggal 25 Juni 2026, yang dibuat
dihadapan Dr. Susanti, S.H., M.Kn.,
Notaris di Kota Surabaya dan telah

memperoleh persetujuan dari Menteri
Hukum Republik Indonesia, sebagaimana

Fact:

Pursuant to the provision of Regulation
of the Statistics Indonesia Number 7 year
2025 concerning Indonesian Standard
Industrial Classification, the Company
has held an Extraordinary GMS on
April 9, 2026 and the Shareholders have
approved the amendment to the Article 3
of the Company 's Articles of Association
concerning the Purposes, Objectives and
Business Activities.

The amendment to the Articles of
Associations has been stated in Deed of
Statement of Meeting Resolutions of
PT Avia Avian Tbk, No. 1 dated
May 4, 2026, drawn up before
Dr. Susanti, S.H, M.Kn., Notary in
Surabaya City, as reaffirmed in the in
Deed of'Statement of Meeting Resolutions
of PT Avia Avian Tbk, No. 25 dated
June 25, 2026, drawn up before
Dr. Susanti, S.H., M.Kn., Notary in
Surabaya City and has been received
approval from the Ministry of Law of the
Republic of Indonesia, as stated in the
Decree of the Minister of Law of the
Republic — of Indonesia — Number

Maksud — dan tujuan Perseroan adalah

b. KBLI 20222 - Industri Pernis (Termasuk
Mastik).
Kelompok — ini — mencakup — usaha
pembuatan berbagai macam pernis,

seperti pelarut komposit organik dan tiner
dan penghapus cat atau pernis, termasuk
mastik.
c. KBLI 20223 - Industri Lak.

Kelompok — ini — mencakup usaha
pembuatan lak. Termasuk industri dempul

Article 3 of the Company's Articles of
Association concerning the Purposes, Objectives

PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES AS WELL AS
BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

The purposes and objectives of the Company are
to engage in the fields of: Manufacturing Industry
and Wholesale Trade.
To achieve these purposes and objectives, the
Company may carry out the following business
activities:
1) Main Business Activities, i.e., to carry out
and conduct activities in the following fields:
a. KBLI 20221 - Paint and Printing Ink
Industry.
This group encompasses the manufacture
of various paints, such as base paint,
metal paint, wood paint, wall paint, boat
paint, epoxy and enamel paint, and
lacguer, including the industries of
processed pigments and dyes, dyes and
opacifiers, enamel polish and coatings
and other preparatives, printing inks, and
art paints.

b. KBLI 20222 - Varnish Industry (Including
Masitics).
This group encompasses the manufacture
Of various types of varnishes, such as
organic composite solvents and thinners,
as well as paint or varnish removers,
including mastics.

c. KBLI 20223 - Lacguer Industry.
This group encompasses the manufacture
of lacguer, including the industries of
putty and plaster or putty compounds and
non-refractory pully or similar surface-
covering materials.

d. KBLI 20291 - Industri Perekat/Lem.
Kelompok — ini mencakup usaha
pembuatan perekat/lem untuk keperluan
industri atau alat rumah tangga yang
berasal dari tanaman, hewan atau plastik,

seperti starch, perekat dari tulang,
cellulose ester dan  ether,  phenol
formaldehyde, — urea formaldehyde,
melamine formaldehyde dan perekat
epoksi.

e. KBLI 23957 - Industri Mortar atau Beton
Siap Pakai.

Kelompok — ini — mencakup usaha
pembuatan mortar atau beton siap pakai
(ready mixed and dry mixed concrete and
mortar).

2) Kegiatan Usaha Penunjang yang mendukung

kegiatan usaha utama Perseroan adalah
menjalankan usaha-usaha di bidang:

a. KBLI 20116 - Industri Kimia Dasar
Organik untuk Bahan Baku Zat Warna
dan Pigmen, Zat Warna dan Pigmen.
Kelompok ini mencakup usaha industri
kimia dasar yang menghasilkan bahan
kimia organik, zat warna dan pigment
dengan hasil antara siklisnya, seperti hasil
antara phenol dan turunannya, zat warna
tekstil dan zat warna untuk makanan dan
obat-obatan.

b. KBLI 20131 - Industri Damar Buatan

(Resin Sintetis) dan Bahan Baku
Plastik.
Kelompok — ini — mencakup — usaha

pembuatan damar buatan dan bahan
baku plastik (bijih plastik murni),
seperti  alkid, poliester, — aminos,
poliamid, epoksid, silikon, poliuretan,
polietilen (PE), polipropilen (PP),
polistiren, polivinil klorid, selulosa
asetat dan selulosa nitrat. Pengolahan
lanjutan dari damar buatan dan bahan
plastik yang dibeli untuk menghasilkan
barang dari bahan baku tersebut,
seperti barang plastik, film dan lembaran
film yang belum peka terhadap sinar
dimasukkan dalam kelompok 26800.

d. KBLI 20291 - Adhesive/Glue Industry.
This group encompasses the manufacture
of adhesives/glues for industrial or
household purposes, derived from plants,
animals, or plastics, such as starch, bone
adhesives, cellulose esters and ethers,
phenol formaldehyde, urea formaldehyde,
melamine formaldehyde, and epoxy
adhesives.

e. KBLI 23957 - Ready-mixed and Dry-
mixed Concrete and Mortar Industry.
This group encompasses the manufacture
of ready-mixed and dry-mixed concrete
and mortar.

Supporting Business Activities that support
the Company's main business activities, i.e.,
to carry out and conduct activities in the
following fields:

a. KBLI 20116 - Industry of Organic-based

Chemical for Raw Materials of Dyes and
Pigments, Dyes, and Pigmenis.
This group encompasses basic chemical
industry businesses that produce organic
chemicals, dyes, and pigments along with
their cyclical intermediates, such as
phenol — intermediates — and their
derivatives, textile dyes, and dyes for food
and medicine.

b. KBLI 20131 - Industry of Artificial Resin

(Synthetic Resin) and Plastic Raw
Materials.
This group encompasses the manufacture
of artificial resins and plastic raw
materials (pure plastic ore), such as
alkyds, polyesters, aminos, polyamides,
epoxides, — silicones, — polyurethanes,
polyethylene (PE), polwpropylene (PP),
polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, cellulose
acetate, and cellulose nitrate. Further
processing of artificial resins and
purchased plastic materials to produce
goods from these raw materials, such as
plastic articles and films and film sheets
that are not yet sensitive to light are
included in group 26800.

c. KBLI 25940 - Industri Ember, Kaleng,
Drum dan Wadah Sejenis dari Logam.
Kelompok — ini — mencakup — usaha
pembuatan wadah dari logam/kaleng,
seperti kaleng makanan/minuman, kaleng
cat/bahan kimia lainnya, tong, drum,
ember, kotak, jerrycan dan sejenisnya.
Termasuk industri metallic closure.

d. KBLI 46637 - Perdagangan Besar Cat.
Kelompok — ini — mencakup — usaha
perdagangan besar berbagai macam cat
untuk bahan konstruksi, seperti cat dasar,
cat logam, cat kayu dan cat tembok.
Termasuk juga perdagangan eceran email,
dempul dan plamir.

d. KBLI 46637 - Wholesale Trade of Paints.
This group encompasses large trading
businesses of various kinds of paints for
construction materials, such as base
