Synergy Brings Harmony of Good Energy Ahead of Eid: Elnusa
Supports Pertamina's Ramadan Eid al-Fitr 2025 Task Force
Jakarta, 27 March 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), through its subsidiary PT Elnusa Petrofin, has once again been entrusted with
supporting Pertamina’s Ramadan Eid al-Fitr 2025 Task Force (SATGAS). This task force operates from March 17 to April 13, 2025, playing a
strategic role in ensuring national energy resilience. An estimated 52% increase in public mobility is expected during this period, with fuel
demand surging by 12.5%. To guarantee smooth energy distribution across Indonesia, Elnusa Petrofin optimizes its technology-based
monitoring and control system to ensure the security, efficiency, and reliability of energy supply during this crucial period.
To fulfill its duties, Elnusa Petrofin has implemented various strategies to support Pertamina in maintaining seamless energy distribution.
In terms of Human Resource and fleet readiness, a total of 7,240 Tank Truck Operators and 2,070 Tank Trucks have been prepared to
support operations during SATGAS. Elnusa Petrofin ensures that all facilities, infrastructure, and operational vehicles undergo calibration,
standard enhancement, and are in optimal condition.
Beyond regular Tank Trucks, Elnusa Petrofin has also deployed Storage Fuel Stations at several locations, along with hundreds of Spot
Charter Tank Trucks strategically placed at SATGAS points. Operational support for Tank Trucks is further strengthened by vehicle
workshops, rest areas, and standby mechanic teams to keep the fleet in prime condition throughout their journey. Periodic health checks
for Tank Truck Operators, including Daily Fit to Work Checks, Medical Check-Ups, and the provision of vitamins and extra food, are also
conducted to maintain driver fitness during duty.
As part of its commitment to fuel distribution security and smooth operations, Elnusa Petrofin implements a 24-hour monitoring system
by optimizing the strategic roles of the Road Traffic Control (RTC) Team and the Regional Distribution Control Center (PKDA). These teams
assist Tank Truck Operators (AMT) in real-time fuel shipment monitoring and ensure compliance with driving safety standards. The Jakarta-
based RTC Team works closely with PKDA Teams spread across six operational regions: Medan (Northern Sumatra Region), Palembang
(Southern Sumatra Region), Surabaya (Java, Bali, Nusa Tenggara Region), Balikpapan (Kalimantan Region), Makassar (Sulawesi Region), and
Jayapura (Maluku Papua Region). This system enables Elnusa Petrofin to swiftly detect potential operational disruptions and take
immediate corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted energy distribution.
Doni Indrawan, President Director of Elnusa Petrofin, emphasized that superior monitoring optimization is a crucial element in maintaining
fuel distribution reliability during the Ramadan Eid al-Fitr 2025 SATGAS period. “We ensure that all distribution processes are monitored in
real-time through our enhanced monitoring system innovations. With AI-based monitoring technology and an integrated control system
across six operational areas, our RTC and PKDA teams can intervene quickly if potential disruptions occur during deliveries. Safety and
seamless distribution are our top priorities, especially in the lead-up to Eid al-Fitr, when public mobility increases,” he stated.
As part of its safety innovation, Elnusa Petrofin has integrated AI-based CCTV and GPS Two-Way Communication in its Tank Trucks (MT).
This technology enables real-time monitoring of various driving safety aspects, such as fatigue detection, yawning detection, seatbelt usage
monitoring, and detection of unsafe driving behaviors such as sudden braking or risky maneuvers. If the system detects potential violations
or safety risks, the RTC and PKDA Teams can immediately intervene through two-way communication with AMT using GPS Two-Way
Communication. This significantly minimizes risks caused by driver fatigue or negligence.

Furthermore, Elnusa Petrofin has developed an Online Delivery Information system, allowing Fuel Stations (SPBU) and other stakeholders to track Tank Truck positions in real time, enhancing stock management efficiency at SPBUs. To further ensure fuel distribution, Elnusa Petrofin has implemented a Build-up Stock scheme for SPBUs. Under this scheme, fuel deliveries are made a day before the scheduled order reception (H-1) to anticipate demand surges and prevent potential supply delays. Elnusa Petrofin also coordinates with Pertamina Group and external parties, including security authorities and relevant agencies. This initiative aims to ensure secure energy distribution, particularly at strategic points with high-risk potential during the Eid homecoming period. “We continue to strengthen coordination with various stakeholders to ensure secure and controlled energy distribution. In addition to strict internal monitoring, collaboration with external parties such as security forces is a strategic measure to anticipate potential disruptions during the SATGAS period,” added Doni.
