  Elnusa’s Concrete Step Towards Sustainable Energy: Graha
        Elnusa EV Charging Station Officially Operates
Jakarta, 27 March 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX: ELSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) under Pertamina’s Upstream
Subholding, strengthens its commitment to supporting a sustainable energy transition by inaugurating an Electric Vehicle Public Charging
Station (SPKLU) at Graha Elnusa, Jakarta. This inauguration is part of Elnusa’s continuous efforts to support clean energy transition and
uphold Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The event was attended by Elnusa’s Board of Directors, Board of
Commissioners, as well as the management teams of Elnusa and its subsidiaries.

In his speech, Elnusa’s President Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, emphasized that the inauguration of the EV charging station is a tangible
demonstration of Elnusa’s commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions. “As we all know, the shift from fossil-fuel-powered vehicles
to electric vehicles is part of a global commitment to mitigating climate change. Elnusa actively supports this energy transition in alignment
with Pertamina’s 10 Sustainability Focuses for 2025-2029, particularly Focus No. 1: Addressing Climate Change,” stated Bachtiar.

The Graha Elnusa EV Charging Station serves as a facility to support the electric vehicle ecosystem within Elnusa’s office environment and
its surrounding areas. Beyond providing convenience for employees and tenants of Graha Elnusa in accessing EV charging, this initiative is
also part of a broader decarbonization strategy aimed at reducing the company’s carbon footprint.

Bachtiar also highlighted the importance of collaboration in achieving sustainability. “The journey toward a greener future cannot be
accomplished by a single entity alone. The presence of this EV charging station at Graha Elnusa is not just about infrastructure development
for electric vehicles but also a tangible contribution to realizing the Elnusa ESG Roadmap 2025-2030,” he added.
