Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat, Dalam rangka memenuhi Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta No. Kep-00066/BEI/09- 2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang kewajiban penyampaian informasi khususnya pada butir 11l.3.6. mengenai kewajiban Paparan Publik atau Public Expose yang menjelaskan bahwa Dalam hal Perusahaan Tercatat telah menyampaikan informasi materi Public Expose sebagaimana dalam ketentuan buitr 1II.3.3.2. bersamaan dengan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Auditan tahunan sesuai dengan ketentuan III.1.1.6., maka Perusahaan Tercatat dianggap telah memenuhi kewajiban Public Expose tahunan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ketentuan III.3.1. Peraturan ini. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut diatas maka berikut kami sampaikan materi Public Expose Tahunan Tahun 2025, yang disampaikan bersamaan dengan Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2024 (yang diaudit) per 31 Desember 2024, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk, yang telah disampaikan melalui Surat nomor 040/PERSADA/DIR.ET/!!I-25 tanggal 26 Maret 2025 perihal Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tahunan 2024 (yang diaudit). Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 With due respect, In order to comply with the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Jakarta No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 regarding the Amendment to Regulation Number I-E regarding the obligation to submit information, especially in paragraph 1ll.3.6. regarding the obligation of Public Expose which explains that in the event that the Listed Company has submitted information on the Public Expose material as in the provisions of paragraph 1!I.3.3.2. together with the submission of the Annual Audited Financial Statements in accordance with provision III.1.1.6., then the Listed Company is deemed to have fulfilled the Annual Public Expose obligation as referred to in provision III.3.1. In accordance with the above, we hereby submit the 2025 Annual Public Expose material, which is submitted along with the 2024 Annual Financial Statements (audited) as of December 31, 2024, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk, which has been submitted through letter number 040/PERSADA/DIR.ET/I!I-25 dated 26 March 2025 regarding Submission of 2024 Annual Financial Statements (audited).
